I was working in a warehouse and driving and I had lifted something wrong and had a sciatic nerve injury in my lower right back.  Over time it got progressively worse.  If I drove for a long time my right leg would start to become numb.  So I heard about Dr. Kojis and started coming in and after awhile there was marked improvement. The job I had started at that point was a sit-down job so there was definitely a chronic issue.  I basically don’t get any of the numbness even when I drive really long distances.

I stopped coming in for a time, but now I’m coming to help me get more in touch with my body and deal with a lot of stored pain. It helps keep the energy flowing. It also helps the tinnitus I occasionally have in my left ear. When I first came back it was a really serious problem in both ears, and it was keeping me up at night. That was something that just built up over time. I don’t have symptoms like that anymore, and as long as I’m getting adjustments it’s basically not a problem. It will go away totally for a while and come back for a bit, so I notice it but it’s not anything that keeps me up.

Just about everyone could benefit from seeing a chiropractor, especially with people working in office jobs where you’re not moving a lot or doing repetitive movements. Definitely for me I see it as an energy flow issue, and it helps me with things that I work on in my meditation too. It seems indispensable to me right now.
